I am wife, a mother, a youth mentor, and a community organizer, who co-founded Blackwell Culture Alliance Inc which feeds over 3000 families a month in West Philadelphia, and the organizer of B.C.A. Actionist, one of the only active town Watch Groups in the city of Philadelphia taking a stand against Gun Violence. Paying young people $1000 a month to make nonviolent music. Changing the violent culture in music on purpose. 

Sajda continues to fight for safe, livable, and affordable housing for her neighbors. For years I have lived, worked, and helped to build a flourishing community in the Walnut Hill section of West Philadelphia.

Through my work, I have shown my commitment to fighting for Public Safety, Financial Literacy, Educational Equality, Advocacy/Safety for our Seniors, opportunities for our youth, reducing poverty, creating safe spaces, and revitalizing our communities.
